Webinar on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)The Department of Computer Science and Engineering at SRM University-AP, Amaravati, is organising an online webinar titled “Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): From LLMs to Knowledge-Aware AI Systems”. The session features Mr Divyam Kaushik, Software Engineer at Cvent, Gurugram, as the expert resource person.

The webinar focuses on bridging Large Language Models (LLMs) with dynamic enterprise knowledge bases to develop context-aware, reliable AI applications. E-certificates will be issued to all registered participants from SRM University-AP who attend at least 80% of the session.

Objectives of the Talk

  • Introduce the fundamentals of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and its underlying architecture.
  • Explore practical applications of RAG in modern AI systems, particularly within AI memory, enterprise knowledge management, and context-aware chatbots.
  • Familiarise participants with implementation challenges and best practices, focusing on retrieval accuracy, scalability, latency, and knowledge-based maintenance.
