The Department of Literature & Languages, Easwari School of Liberal Arts (ESLA) is organising a Five-fay Faculty Development Programme on “Teaching Communication in the Global Classroom: Academia, Industry, and Employability Perspectives” on March 09 – 13, 2026.

The Five-Day Faculty Development Programme is designed to empower research scholars and early-career faculty with contemporary, practice-oriented approaches to communication pedagogy in higher education. Aligned with the vision of NEP 2020 for multidisciplinary, skill-based, and learner-centred education, the programme addresses the evolving demands of global classrooms and professional environments.

The FDP offers focused sessions on academic, workplace, intercultural and critical communication skills, digital and multimodal pedagogies, curriculum design, and innovative assessment practices. It aims to provide a valuable platform for emerging educators to strengthen their pedagogical expertise and professional impact in today’s dynamic educational landscape.
