SRM University-AP is all set to host Film Gala 2026, a national-level film festival that celebrates creativity, storytelling, and cinematic expression. The event promises an engaging platform for aspiring filmmakers, performers, and cinema enthusiasts.
Featuring 10+ competitions, the festival includes events such as The Vocal Showdown, The Classic Cut, The Poetic Canvas, The Character Clash, The Cinephile Showdown, The Solo Spotlight, The Gala Dance Off, The Script Quest, The Visual Chase, and The Gala Film Challenge. Participants will showcase their talent across diverse creative domains while competing for prizes worth Rs. 1 lakh.
The festival begins with an inauguration ceremony, followed by a dynamic lineup of events including The Visual Chase (Cinematography), The Classic Cut (Trailer Cut), The Poetic Canvas (Poetry), The Script Quest (Script Writing), and an Open Mic session, concluding with a special movie screening.
