The Directorate of Sports is organising a Half Yoga Marathon on April 01, 2026, to promote health and raise awareness for fitness among the academic community. The participants will complete 54 rounds of Surya namaskar, offering a full-body workout, stimulating internal organs and increasing metabolism. It also aims to improve flexibility, strength, and circulation while offering mental, physical, and spiritual benefits.
