The Directorate of HRD at SRM University-AP is organising a specialised training programme titled “Grow Together – Success with Design” on May 12, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM at CV302. The programme is designed to strengthen teamwork, collaboration, and workplace communication through practical and structured learning approaches.
Aimed primarily at Assistant Professors and Junior Management staff, the session will focus on designing collaborative work environments, enhancing communication for shared purpose, and building high-performing teams that drive organisational growth and innovation. Participants will also gain exposure to practical frameworks that support sustainable success and effective problem-solving in professional settings.
The training programme will be led by Mr Satyanarayan D, Professor of Practice at Paari School of Business, who brings over 35 years of experience in corporate leadership and executive training. With extensive expertise in conducting professional development programmes for reputed institutions and organisations, he is known for integrating industry insights with practical, hands-on learning methodologies.
The programme seeks to foster a culture of stronger collaboration and workplace effectiveness across the university community. Certificates will be awarded to all participants upon completion of the session.
