DESCRIPTION:In collaboration with the Department of Corporate Relations & Career Services\, the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering\, SRM University-AP\, Andhra Pradesh introduces “ECE in industry” programme\, which will comprise of a series of talks by eminent industry experts. The next instalment of the series brings Mr R. Prabakaran\, General Manager- Learning and Development\, Rane Holdings Limited\, Chennai on September 26th\, 2020\, at 9.30 a.m. Mr Prabakaran will be delivering a talk on “Opportunities and Skills Required for ECE Students”. \nMr Prabakaran has three decades of experience in the industry. He began his career as a Deputy Manager in NTTF Technical Training Centre. Later he has worked for reputed companies such as MM Forgings\, Lucas TVS Ltd etc. He was responsible for the skill-building and generating various learning and developing initiatives in metal forming and CNC Machining. He oversaw skill and competency assessment and development across all levels and design ACT.\, along with working on Total Quality Management. In his present company\, he supervises learning and development interventions across Rane Group of Companies pan India. Designing\, Planning Resources and Executing leadership and manufacturing capabilities initiatives are some of his primary obligations.
