DESCRIPTION:The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Specialisation – Internet of Things) is organising an Invited Talk by Prof. Rajeev Shorey\, Professor\, Department of CE\, IIT Delhi\, on June 09\, 2023. Prof. Shorey will deliver a session on “Digital Transformation”. \nJoin the talk to experience an insightful session! \nAbout the Speaker \nProf. Shorey received his PhD and MS (Engg) in Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc)\, Bangalore\, India in 1997 and 1991 respectively. He received his BE degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IISc\, Bangalore in 1987. He has more than 50 publications in international journals and conferences and several US patents\, all in the area of wireless and wired networks\, to his credit. \nFor his contributions to the area of Communication Networks\, Prof. Shorey was elected Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering in 2007. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers\, India and a Senior Member. Prof\, Shorey has also held various positions\, including President\, NIIT University\, India and Principal Scientist at TCS Research and Innovation\, India. \nProf. Rajeev works in the domains of:- \n\nCommunication Networks\nIoT\n5G\nEdge Computing\nIntersection of Edge and AI/ML\nCybersecurity
