SUMMARY:BEYOND STATIC AI
DESCRIPTION:The Department of Computer Science & Engineering at SRM University-AP is organising a 90-minute online webinar titled “BEYOND STATIC AI: Building Continually Learning Systems for Real-World Problems”. The session features Dr Manjunath Mulimani\, Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Aalborg University\, Denmark\, as the expert resource person. \nAs artificial intelligence transitions from controlled environments to dynamic\, real-world applications\, static models often fall short. The webinar explores the frontiers of Continuous Learning and Adaptive AI\, focusing on system architectures that dynamically evolve while retaining previously acquired knowledge. Attendees will gain technical insights into emerging paradigms across Machine Learning\, Foundation Models\, Generative AI\, Generative ML\, Representation Learning\, and Learning Under Distribution Shift. \n Key Details \n\nDate: September 28\, 2026\nTime: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM (IST)\nDuration: 90 Minutes\nFormat: Online Webinar\nTopic: BEYOND STATIC AI: Building Continually Learning Systems for Real-World Problems\nResource Person: Dr Manjunath Mulimani (Postdoctoral Research Fellow\, Aalborg University\, Denmark)
