DESCRIPTION:Communication has been an integral part of one’s day-to-day existence and it wouldn’t be too wrong to say that your communication skills can both make or break your future. Effective communication is key to success in all aspects of life\, especially when it comes to cracking job interviews. The Paari School of Business has initiated a seminar titled “Facing Company Interviews and the Role of Communication” on September 12\, 2023. Mr Suresh S\, who has been the Ex-Chief HR Officer of many top-notch companies like Nissan\, Titan and Hyundai\, will be delivering the lecture for all BBA and MBA students. \nDon’t miss the opportunity to hear from the expert! \nAbout the Speaker \nMr S Suresh is a postgraduate in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Madras School of Social Work and has been in the HR Profession for over 4 decades. He completed his Bachelor in Law and a PG Diploma in Management. He has served prominent companies like GEC Alsthom\, Titan Watches\, Hyundai Motors\, Orchid Pharma\, Renault Nissan\, Hinduja Foundries etc.\, and has been in ReGen Powertech\, Chennai in the Renewable Energy sector for the past 10 years as Head – HR and more recently as a Consultant – HR. He has handled all aspects of HR including Talent Acquisition\, Induction\, Training of personnel in all positions\, Performance Management Systems\, Payroll\, Industrial Relations\, Statutory Compliance\, and Strategic HR including working in Green Field and Brown Field Multi-National Companies and has reported to the top management of most of the companies. \nHe has also been a Guest Faculty at many institutions including the Management Development Department of IIT\, Madras\, Madras School of Social Work etc. He has also conducted several Inter-Collegiate Quiz competitions through NIPM\, Madras Chapter in which he was also a committee member. He is also a Life Member of the Indian Society for Training and Development\, Chennai ( ISTD ). He was a member of the Group Study Exchange programme of Rotary International which visited Mindanao District of the Philippines for 4 weeks. He was the President of the Rotary Club of Madras Coromandel and is currently a Consultant – HR for some leading companies in and around Chennai in the areas of Recruitment\, Training\, Industrial Relations etc.
