The session aims to certify an interactive and insightful exchange between the visiting delegates and the students and faculty of the institution. \nAbout the Delegates \nMr Mark Forehand is the Senior Assistant Dean for Graduate Enrollment Management\, The Graduate College – Kennesaw State University\, USA. A proactive leader\, Mr. Mark Forehand is a results-focused professional with cross speciality strengths in Education\, Leadership and Analysis. Prior to his current role\, Mr Forehand served as the Assistant Dean in the Graduate College\, Director of International Student and Scholar Services\, Interim Director of the IEP\, and Director of Academic English Programs in the Division of Global Affairs. Mr Forehand is adept at managing concurrent objectives to promote efficiency and influence positive outcomes. \nDr Benjamin Klein is the Professor and Chair\, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering\, Kennesaw State University\, Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology. A renowned academician and researcher\, Dr Klein received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois with his doctoral dissertation on the theory and modelling of vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs. Dr Klein’s research interests involve the theory\, modelling\, and design of semiconductor electronic and optoelectronic materials and devices. He creates and utilizes numerical simulation programs to provide insight into the nano-scale physics of semiconductors. His most recent project is the modelling of multilayered III nitride samples in atom probe tomography (APT) measurement systems to assist in interpreting the measurement data. \nDr Sumit Chakravarty currently works as an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at Kennesaw State University Lawrenceville\, Georgia\, United States. His area of expertise is in Wireless Communications\, AI and Signal Processing and has worked as a scientist in the industry wherein he has also worked on other sensor modalities commonly used in remote sensing like Multispectral\, Lidar and SAR. This includes working with a cross-disciplinary team comprising specialists from industry\, government bodies like NASA\, Goddard and academia like the University of Maryland. The session will be handled by Prof. Dr Mohd Rashidi Che Beson\, Faculty of Electronic Engineering & Technology\, Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP)\, Malaysia. \nAbout the Speaker \nProf. Dr Mohd Rashidi Che Beson has been an associate professor and Research Fellow at Advanced Communication Engineering\, Centre of Excellence – Faculty of Electronic Engineering & Technology\, UniMAP since 2014. An advocate of interdisciplinary research\, his research interests lie in the strength of Optical CDMA technology\, RoF\, Visible Light Communication\, Horticulture and Fiber sensor technology. He has published 136 scientific papers\, including conferences and journals\, from 2014 until July 2022. The total citation was 540 from Google Scholar and 469 from Scopus databases. In addition\, he is also a regular reviewer for several high-impact ISI-ranked journals. He has also successfully supervised 3 PhD and 6 MSc students as the main and co-supervisor. He is currently supervising 4 PhD students. He received his professional engineer qualification (Ir.) from the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) in March 2018 and a professional technologist (Ts.) from the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) in July 2018.

His mission at Belong Education is to empower talent by enabling them to build tangible proof-of-work through industry-integrated experiences. \nMr Mathew brings a wealth of expertise to his current role. His previous endeavours include a significant stint at Plaksha University\, where he spearheaded outreach and admissions for the Plaksha Technology Leaders Program—a prestigious 1-year PGP program focusing on technology and leadership. Prior to that\, various programs at the Info Edge Centre for Entrepreneurship\, situated within Ashoka University – a Liberal Arts and Sciences University in India. \nMr Soumyo Duttagupta\, Chief Mentor Jamboree has 20+ years of leadership experience in the field of Education.
