DESCRIPTION:School of Entrepreneurship and Management Studies (SEAMS)\, SRM University-AP is arranging another mind awakening session of the Webinar series on “Stress Management in the Post Covid Era” on July 17\, 2021\, at 3.00 pm. Former HOD and Associate Dean\, IIT (ISM)\, Dhanbad\, Prof Pramod Pathak will be the main speaker and trainer of the event. The aim of the webinar is to impart effective stress management strategies for post-Covid-19 life. \nFor more than a year\, people have been dealing with the deadly virus\, Covid-19. According to reports\, half of the population is stressed due to events such as unemployment\, isolation\, sudden illness and death. In recent times\, post covid stress disorder is common among individuals who have developed new routines which will change once again after the lockdowns are fully lifted. It is essential to learn tricks\, tips and strategies from experts to cope and relieve stress. Prof. A.V.S.
