The Directorate of Alumni Relations, in collaboration with the Department of Civil Engineering, jointly organises an online Alumni Talk on Global Opportunities for Young Engineers: Learn, Work and Grow Abroad. The primary objective of the talk is to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking among students and fellow Alumni, and to offer insights into industry trends. The talk will also cover key concepts on the topic. The talk will feature former SRM AP student, Mr Seeramreddi Umamaheswararao as the speaker.
About the Speaker:
Mr Seeramreddi Umamaheswararao is a dedicated civil engineering professional currently serving as a QA/QC Engineer at Gulf Contracting Company (GCC), one of Qatar’s leading construction firms. A proud alumnus of SRM University-AP, he graduated with a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
With a strong foundation in quality assurance and control, Mr Umamaheswararao has been involved in ensuring adherence to international construction standards, project safety, and efficient implementation of engineering processes. His work reflects a commitment to precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement in the infrastructure and construction sector.
He is passionate about exploring global opportunities for young engineers and guiding aspiring professionals to excel in international work environments.
