The Department of Physics is organising FRACMEET-2025: Collective Phenomena in Disordered Systems- II, a three-day interdisciplinary conference from November 20-22, 2025, at the Tiered Classroom, Level 5, Homi J Bhabha Block.
The focus of this three-day conference is to discuss the recent developments and future challenges in the multiphase flow, dynamics of fracture, recent problems in soft matter from a point of view of statistical mechanics and non-linear physics.
Fracmeet will host researchers, from theory and experiments, from diverse fields to discuss the recent developments and future challenges in the upscaling process, and in particular the role of statistical and non-linear physics.
